Floor Level Wax Injector

It is a unique wax injection machine developed in the year 2024 to provide a solution for customers using large tools.

It is specially designed for 20 kg plus size wax patterns, it helps to get highest volume wax patterns without uplifting the die/tool to any platform, it injects the wax into the tool at floor level or on the fork lift, which makes the work easier, also provided with 1 metric ton capable electric hoist at one side of machine to get help in opening the die top part and get remove the wax pattern effroless. It offers max 1200 x 1200 mm – min 800 x 800 mm admit areas, with wax reserviors from 80 liter -200 liters, the nozzle adjustment in x-y axis with servo scerw system for accurate maovement, nozzle up-down provizion with hydraulic system for tight clamoing of nozzle tip to the injection point ensure no leackege of wax. The hydraulic system privided with pressure and flow control to make diiferent size and shaped patterns in various adjustments. Givn contol panel contol all heat zones with accurecy also ensure all safety of machine, equieped with best make switch gears and wires, with standard practice of lean clean wiring.

It can be develop with suttle table option to mange 2 dies at one time, and help to reduce production tome line, also privison of horizontal injectin and 2 nos of hoist for double operatin.
