Lost wax casting is mainly used where complexity of a job cannot be achieved by basic type of castings, and to produce that level of complex cast awkward type of geometric wax patterns need to develop, a vertical wax injector is designed to produce complex and volumetric wax patterns, so it is the best suitable machine for the same.

It is equipped with one-line wax injection system which flows in direction of gravity, the wax tube is jacketed to store the hot water as a thermal insulation to maintain the temp of injectable wax, which was prepared first at side tank with the use of heating coils and blended with stirrer, it has 4 temp zone for sequential temperature from wax reservoir tank to injection nozzle. This machine can inject 7/10/16 kg wax at a moment, with adjustable hydraulic pressure and flow, which can control by variable displacement pump, and direction, pressure, flow control valves. All the hydraulic fittings and equipment are provided of best make and fixed with Q.C. checked. The control panel provided with best make switch gears and wired, also ensures all required safety for machine and customer premises.

It can operate with manual and semi-automatic mode. The operator needed to suck the wax from the wax reservoir to the wax tube by opening the connecting valve and start the suction hydraulic system to fill up the wax tube. Then to make a wax pattern, place a tool / die on surface table and slide it to the injection drum, by switching up ward button drum takes the die towards the injection nozzle, after manually matching the nozzle tip to the die inlet and clamp it tightly with hyd. pressure, button of injection is to pressed, along with it nozzle valve need to open in slow stages which allows the wax to inject with controlled flow, at the same time the preset timer starts counting the seconds until it reaches zero, the operator close stop the hyd. Pressure and close the injection valve, taking down the die to open it manually.
