High Speed Slurry Mixer

The stucco (slurry) is used to coat the wax cluster. It is made of water, colloidal silica, and zircon flour. A high-speed mixer is used to mix it properly into a homogeneous form.

A layer of primary slurry applies on wax pattern which after whole process represent the surface of casting, which is a blend of zircon + colloidal silica, it required high speed rotation of 4-5 hours to achieve desire viscosity, the high-speed mixer uses to prepare the primary slurry with variable speed control and tool up- down facility.

The machine provided with heavy fabricated base and accurate machined mechanism for smooth and vibration free working, a mixing tool of 200 mm diameter (Ultra-high molecular weight) blends the material at high speed without effecting material property, pneumatic system provided for mixer up-down movement, the mixing tank made of S.S. 304 for non-corrosive purpose, which fixed in hinges to tilt down the tank allows it to transfer the prepared slurry to another vessel without effort, electric control panel provided with variable frequency drive provides setting 0-3000 rpm, along with safety.
