When a casted part required to use for air plane, defence equipment or for medical surgery, the casting manufacturer need to be very focused on high accuracy of the casted parts and other many more points, to meet that precision c-frame wax injectors are suitable option, which provide accuracy, data, controls on finger tips.
It is equipped with a L-type wax suction injection system, using paste-form wax stored in a temperature-controlled reservoir tank where wax level can manage with sensors. A magnetic scale fixed with suction cylinder which help to set volume of wax in grams/cc according to the die cavity. The servo screw mechanism provided to set the nozzle position in x-y-z axis with accuracy in micron, also it will feed in recipe for future repetition of same tool, whole machine mainly depends on servo proposal variable piston pump which is directly connected to the program, the HMI/IPC gives the commands to the pump to maximise or minimise the flow and pressure of individual hydraulic cylinder in auto sequence, so sententiously all of these features creates 5 stage injection system, and produce highly precise wax pattern which are not required any repairing, and directly can go for assembly and coatings. Moreover, it has optional feature of curtain safety sensor at front side safety, and acrylic door at right and left side of machine to avoid miss handling. We provide the control panel with safety, lean and clean wiring and with best make switch gears and wires. The program provide is user friendly and loaded with only required features, which provides data report with minimal points, IoT compatible system for future vision, Also, can control different user with password separate safety.
It operates with semi automation, when both clamp buttons are pressed together, the moving platen descends to securely close the die. The wax spool advances to perfectly align the nozzle with the die injection port, while the injection cylinder forces wax upward into the die cavity. Once the dwell time is completed, the platen moves upward and the ejector smoothly releases the finished wax pattern for removal. To manage the cycle in auto mode, the first cycle needs to set manually, then the machine follows the same until the programmes preset.
