4 Post Wax Injector
AWI1989-005
A precise wax pattern is essential to achieve a high-quality surface finish in the final casting. To develop high-precision wax patterns, a 4-post wax injection machine is required. This machine features a T-type wax suction injection system, where wax in paste form is stored in a reservoir tank with controlled temperature. A downward suction tube attached at the bottom of the wax block opens the wax flow downward first and then horizontally during injection.
By pressing both clamp buttons simultaneously, the moving platen travels downward to close the die. The wax spool then moves forward to align the nozzle tip with the die injection port. The injection cylinder presses the wax upward, injecting it into the die cavity. After completion of the preset dwell time, the moving platen rises, and the ejector pushes the wax pattern upward for easy removal.
